Does your policy provide coverage for damage caused by flood? It could! With SafePoint's new Flood and Water Back Up Endorsement, flood can become a covered peril on your policy.

More than 20% of flood claims come from properties outside high-risk flood zones

1 inch of water can cause $25,000 of damage to your home

Floods are the most common natural disaster in the US

Adding the Flood and Water Back Up Coverage Endorsement is easy. All you have to do is contact your agent or give us a call at 877-858-7445. The coverage does come with an additional premium. The premium is determined by the flood zone where your property is located. If you are in a flood zone there is a chance that the flood endorsement could be lower than your current Flood policy. If you are not in a flood zone your premium could be as low as $200.

There are several other benefits to the SafePoint flood endorsement:

Dwelling coverage on your home is the full replacement cost on your policy

Personal Property Coverage is the full replacement cost on your policy

Includes $5000 water back-up or Sump overflow coverage

No Elevation Certificate required

No waiting period for new policies. Current policies can add coverage at the renewal date
