By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of SafePoint Insurance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for SafePoint Insurance SMS Programs (the “SMS Terms”). For purposes of these SMS Terms, “SafePoint”, “we”, “our” or “us” shall mean SafePoint Insurance Company and any of its subsidiaries, divisions or affiliates. “SafePoint SMS Program” shall mean any program sponsored and administered by or on behalf of SafePoint through which SafePoint communicates with you via SMS.
Opting In: When you opt in to a SafePoint SMS Program, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment via SMS. By opting in to a SafePoint SMS program, you expressly give your consent to SafePoint Insurance (including its affiliates) and its service providers to use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to the mobile number to which you have directed SafePoint to transmit these text messages. You acknowledge this consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Cost & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier and, by enrolling in the SMS Programs, you agree to pay any such charges. SafePoint does not charge for the use of its SMS Programs.
Message frequency will vary based on the SMS Program and user activity.
Your Eligibility & Responsibilities: By opting in to a SafePoint SMS Program, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the owner of the wireless phone number and device for which you have authorized enrollment in the SafePoint SMS Program and are responsible for messages sent from the phone number and device. You agree that you will not initiate You agree that you will not initiate messages to the wireless phone number of any other person or entity without authorization. If you change, forfeit, or deactivate the phone number you have provided to SafePoint, you agree to notify SafePoint immediately. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these SMS Terms. You agree that we will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any SMS messages as delivery can be unpredictable based on transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis.
We may send MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) messages, such as, but not limited to .jpgs, .png, .jpeg, .bmp, .txt, .doc, .docx, SafePoint employee vCards, etc. If your device does not support such files, it is your responsibility to request the file be sent through different means (e.g. e-mail or mail).
Security of the Information You Send: You acknowledge that text communications are not secure or encrypted and third parties can sometimes intercept messages or disguise messages as though they were sent by us. You agree that you will not text SafePoint or its affiliates any confidential or sensitive information.
By continuing to use the SafePoint SMS Program, you agree that we will not be liable for any unauthorized access or interception of text communications with us.
How to Opt Out and Get Help: To stop receiving text messages, text STOP or CANCEL. You understand and consent that following a request to STOP or CANCEL, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To re-enroll, reply START or UNSTOP and you will receive confirmation of your re-enrollment.

Changes to the SMS Program and/or the SMS Terms: SafePoint reserves the right to terminate any of the SMS Programs, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. These SMS Terms may be updated by SafePoint at any time without prior notice. By continuing to be enrolled in an SMS Program, you agree to any changes to these SMS Terms.
